The St.Helens Mind team would like to wish you all a Happy New Year. We have much to look forward to. We have a Volunteer Induction on Friday 20th January, The Butterfly Ball that will help raise funds for us on Fbruary 25th and much more!

The ladies active group enjoyed a gorgeous, relaxed Christmas meal in a town centre pub followed by a trip to the Mansion House in Victoria Park to join in with Christmas festivities and carol singing, Hopefully in the new year the Ladies active group will continue to grow and thrive.

The team at St.Helens Mind is celebrating achieving The Star Standard, a quality standard that demonstrates the quality of systems and services of voluntary organisations.

The team have worked hard to achieve this standard that shows we are delivering our service to a recognised standard, which commissioners and funders will want to invest in.

22 of us came along to the Volunteers Meal at the Charcoal Grill in St.Helens. This has become an annual Christmas treat , good food, great company and a nice catch up afterwards. It was good to hear people's stories of their befriending and those who had never met, old and newer volunteers got to know each other. Pity I forgot my camera to get some nifty moves from Rob in the pub afterwards!
