Our volunteers come from all walks of life, are of all ages and have many interests, skills and experiences. Although our core need for volunteers is to support people with mental health difficulties who are isolated or lonely, this can be addressed in many ways and we ALWAYS need more volunteers – and this is what may surprise you! We have volunteers who are involved in a Reading For Wellbeing Group: Do you enjoy reading and can help facilitate a small group with free training thrown in, to help people to explore themes and promote discussion using literature
