Volunteering

Volunteers are an integral to our success, and the allotment team welcomes volunteers. Our volunteers can help to support people to enjoy their time at the allotment, people who might benefit from some supportive company. We also welcome volunteers

who may have, or would like to learn practical gardening skills and maybe share their experience.

More than just a garden!

Our allotment is a fantastic place to visit, to be at one with nature, enjoy some company, a chat and a cuppa.

Of course, there are opportunities to help make the site even more spectacular, by joining in with planning, sowing, nurturing and maintaining the plants, vegetables, flowers, herbs and fruit.

There is ample space to be alone if you prefer, taking some time to think, engage with nature, benefit from some fresh air and simply enjoy your surroundings.
