Support Program for Men Aged 18–30 Facing Suicidal Thoughts
Our dedicated support program offers a safe, structured space for men aged 18–30 who are experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviors. Delivered over 12-weeks, each group supports up to 8 participants through weekly sessions focused on mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
